| Conductivity tests are difficult to perform accurately on solids designed to work in very thin layers. Most conductivity tests are designed to be applied on samples of 5mm and up. This presented a challenge to SPM Thermo-Shield® Inc because an important customer required the K value of the Roof Coat at 300 microns DFT. After researching for the proper lab, the California Institute of Electronics and Material Science was found. This institution was able to conduct the required tests for the required DFT factory specificaitons. Here are the results:
