UPDATING: SPM Thermo-Shield® Inc was a co-sponsored of the seminar "HEAT INSULATION FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS" organized by the Dubai Municipality on 12 and 13 January 2003 at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. The event proved once again to be a success showing the dedicated and professional attitude of the Dubai Municipality and Dubai Central Laboratory as the organizes of this seminar. There is no question that the need to insulate existing buildings is thus recognized by the Dubai Government. Consultants and contractors will be rallying to the Government's call for more energy conservation through the design of buildings using the best and most efficient heat insulation techniques. This was the last seminar the Dubai Municipality sponsored as part of a series of seminar on insulation, to make the public aware of its benefits and advantages, before making the insulation of roofs and walls compulsory as part of the design of all new buildings. |
