SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc.  We are aware that there are other persons or companies
who claim to represent Thermo-Shield® or claim to have the authority to
sell so-called "Thermo-Shield®" products.  These claims are false.  Only
SPM Thermo-Shield® Inc, and its authorized dealers and distributors may legally market and sell
genuine Thermo-Shield® products.  Only by working through SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc. or its
authorized dealers and distributors can you ensure that you are receiving the
tested, proven and genuine Thermo-Shield® products. 

A special note regarding SICC GmbH and all distributors of SICC products as listed on www.thermoshield-europe.com: We have come to learn that SICC, a German corporation, is producing products it calls "Thermoshield" in Europe. Some dealers and customers may have been led to believe that the "Thermoshield" products manufactured and distributed by SICC are the same as the formulations and products produced by SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc. This is not true and SICC has admitted that it does not produce the original SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc. products, nor does SICC have the rights to produce or distribute these products. Any representation by SICC or its dealers that the test results and certifications pertaining to SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc. products would apply to SICC's products is untrue. Questions regarding the authority of any person or entity claiming rights to use the Thermo-Shield® trade name or to sell or distribute SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc. products should be promptly forwarded to SPM Thermo-Shield®, Inc.
